• Session 1: Saturday, 9:15 AM – 11:15 AM | Annex Overflow (Main Deck BB59)
• Session 2: Saturday, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Annex Overflow (Main Deck BB59)
• Session 3: Sunday, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Stewards' Berthing (3rd Deck BB59)

Why We Need Your RSVP: The Classic BattleTech Grinder is a drop-in/drop-out event where you climb the ladder from light scout 'Mechs to heavy hitters as you survive (or get destroyed!). While there is no reserved seating, we ask that you RSVP for the session(s) you plan to attend so we can prepare the bay properly.

Your response helps us determine:

• Table Capacity: How many tables and chairs to set up in the Annex Overflow and Stewards' Berthing for each session.
• Loaner Allocation: Ensuring we have enough loaner 'Mechs available across all six ladder tiers for pilots who do not bring their own collection.
• Schedule Flow: Identifying which sessions may need additional staff support for matchmaking and rule questions, especially Sunday's Session 3 in the tighter Stewards' Berthing space.

Important Notes:

• No Seat Guarantee: RSVPing does not reserve a specific time slot or table. Seating is first-come, first-served. Please arrive a few minutes early to secure your spot.
• Play What You Can: You do not need to attend all three sessions. Each session is self-contained. Drop into whichever fits your schedule.
• Gear: Bring your own dice. Loaner 'Mechs are available for all levels. Maps and terrain are provided.
• Sunday Session Warning: Session 3 takes place in the historic Stewards' Berthing (3rd Deck). This room has low ceilings, narrow corridors, and heats up quickly. Dress in layers and hydrate.
