Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ticket Sales are Non-Refundable. Because 60-90% of every ticket dollar goes directly to Battleship Cove for venue rental, preservation fees, and facility costs, we cannot offer refunds once a ticket is purchased. These funds are committed immediately to secure your spot on the historic USS Massachusetts.

Transfers & Resales: We understand that life happens. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another pilot.

• Official Transfer: Contact us with the recipient's name to update the registration.
• Deadline: All transfers must be completed by September 1st, 2026. After this date, tickets are non-transferable.

Merchandise Returns: Convention merchandise (patches, pins, 3D prints) can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is unused and in original condition. If you encounter an issue with a product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Where Your Money Goes: All proceeds support the ongoing efforts of the New England BattleTech League, DropPoint LLC, and the critical historical education and ship restoration efforts at Battleship Cove. Your participation directly helps keep this WWII legend open for future generations.
