Why We Need Your RSVP: This is an introductory workshop designed to demystify the BattleTech Roleplaying Game for tabletop veterans. While seating is first-come, first-served, we require an RSVP to help us manage the Cove Cinema capacity and prepare specific conversion materials for attendees.

• Material Prep: Ensuring we have enough printed handouts for every attendee.
• Room Layout: Arranging tables to facilitate group discussion on character creation and campaign setting ideas rather than just rows of chairs.
• Q&A Planning: Estimating how many players want to ask specific questions about running their first session or converting existing lance tactics into roleplay scenarios.
• Staffing: Ensuring host John B. has adequate volunteer support for distributing handouts and managing time during the conversion exercise.

• No Seat Guarantee: RSVPing does not reserve a specific seat. This panel appeals to both new RPG players and veteran GMs looking to expand their horizons. Please arrive by 2:20 PM (10 minutes early) to secure a spot.
• Beginner Friendly: No prior RPG experience needed! If you know how to run a BattleTech game, you can learn to run this RPG.
• What to Bring: A notebook and pen are highly recommended to jot down character ideas and campaign hooks. No dice required for this session.
