Why We Need Your RSVP: The Stratosphere Showdown is a drop-in/drop-out progressive ladder event designed to demystify the complex 3D rules of BattleTech Aerospace. While seating is first-come, first-served, we require an RSVP to help us prepare the battle bay for vertical combat.

Your response helps us determine:

• Table & Terrain Setup: Ensuring we have enough tables with proper clear height for 3D altitude trackers and loaner Aerospace Fighters.
• Loaner Allocation: Confirming we have enough loaner Aerospace units, dice sets, and 3D altitude tracking tools for all drop-in pilots.
• Staffing: Estimating the number of volunteers needed from organizer Brendan R.'s team to explain vector movement, altitude rules, and assist with the "Learn by Doing" mechanic during the session.

Important Notes:

• No Seat Guarantee: RSVPing does not reserve a specific time slot. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tables accommodate 6–8 players per group. Please arrive by 2:45 PM to secure a spot at a table.
• Gear Provided: You do not need to bring your own units! Organizer Brendan will provide all loaner Aerospace Fighters, 3D altitude trackers, maps, and terrain. Just bring your enthusiasm and dice!
• Beginner Friendly: New to Aerospace? This is the perfect place to learn. The rules are streamlined for convention play, and experts are on hand to guide you through vectors and altitude without getting bogged down in complexity.
• Ruleset: Classic BattleTech Aerospace rules, customized for flow. Multiple Attack Rolls rule will be used to keep games moving fast.
